2026 Jurors

Alyssa Brubaker is an arts administrator, curator, DJ, and event organizer. She is the Director of Monique Meloche Gallery (Chicago, IL). Prior to joining Monique Meloche Gallery, Brubaker served as Exhibitions Manager at the University of Chicago, supporting thought-provoking programs that engaged both local and international audiences. Her professional journey also includes leadership roles in the nonprofit sector, where she worked as a Director of Design and Program Manager, spearheading initiatives that bridged art, design, and community impact. Beyond the gallery walls, Alyssa finds inspiration in the synergy between visual art and music. As a DJ, she explores sonic landscapes that parallel her curatorial pursuits—blurring boundaries, amplifying voices, and creating immersive experiences. Her work continues to reflect a passion for cultivating spaces where artistic disciplines converge, resonate, and inspire.

Scott Vincent Campbell is a visual artist and curator from New York, NY. He is the Midwest Programs Manager at Independent Curators International (ICI). He earned a BA in Fine Art from Haverford College in 2005, and an MFA from the University of Chicago in 2022. Campbell’s work has been exhibited across the US including Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago, IL; the Urban Institute for Contemporary Art in Grand Rapids, MI; Library Street Collective in Detroit, MI; Big Medium in Austin, TX; and Ronald Feldman Fine Arts and Pierogi Gallery in New York, NY. Campbell was a resident at Red Bull Arts Detroit in 2016, and in 2017 was the first Ford Curatorial Fellow at the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit. He is a recipient of the SPARK Grant from the Chicago Artist Coalition, as well as The Artist Grant from The Reva & David Logan Foundation. He was named one of Newcity’s 2024 Art 50, and is represented by M Contemporary Art.

Cecilia Gonzalez Godino is a curator, writer, and researcher. She is the Interim Associate Curator at the ICA Philadelphia and the former Marjorie Susman Curatorial Fellow at the MCA Chicago. Her work engages with contemporary art from transoceanic, diasporic, and archipelagic frameworks. She holds an MA from New York University and is a PhD Candidate in Visual Studies at the University of Pennsylvania. Recently, she curated the exhibitions Trade Windings: De-Lineating the American Tropics (MCA Chicago, 2024), eroding territory (Patel Brown, Toronto, 2024), and Unsovereign Elements (Philadelphia, 2023), as well as the performance by Noé Martínez viento aparente, viento real (MCA Chicago, 2024), among other projects. In 2025, she is curating solo shows by artists Laleh Motlagh (Cultivating Dispersal, Chicago Art Department) and Marina Gadea (El paisaje sumergido, Casa de Iberoamérica, Cádiz).
